NEOS is running from 7 – 29 September, divided into 3 regions, North 7 – 15, Central 14 – 22, and South including Aberdeen City 21 – 29. North East Open Studios is a festival taking place from Brechin to Forres and is a not for profit collective of Artists, Painters, Potters, Photographers, etc in the North East of Scotland who open their doors to the public yearly. Enabling the Public to meet & speak with the Artists.”
