Having just viewed Elinor's web site I can only say I'm as impressed with her social networking and biz acumen as I am of her art, teaching talent, lovely personality, warmth and encouragement...what she left out ..she is also a fabulous baker! I am on my second month of "at home" studio classes and look forward to each week with more enthusiasm than the last. Not only am I experiencing my own growth ( dare I say I am now a budding artist?) but with the new friends I have made (classmates) I see I am not alone in gaining so many new skills. This is not your typical classroom experience..beautiful country setting, new purpose-built "cabin" easily accommodates a group of students or would be equally at home with a one on one.. we have a blather,Eli" plays" barrista with made to order coffee or teas of your choice, on the table under a napkin always wafts the most delicious still warm smells of her great home bakes. Then we get down to "work"..with a new project or challenge to try, never any pressure ..she will demonstrate and magically you feel "I could do that!"..she encourages you to complete your started project or will take on any new things you might want a go at! Lately I can't stop shopping when I come to class..her studio is the best gift shop with so many crafts to delight in....well..just take that first step and call Eli ! the rest is easy and so rewarding.
Hi I'm Elinor welcome to my blog.
